L'histoire : alors en rupture de Faces et pas encore un Rolling Stone, Ronnie Wood enregistre son premier album solo avec l'aide de ses amis Ian McLagan (claviers), Willie Weeks (basse) et Andy Newark (batterie), auxquels viennent s'ajouter Keith Richards, Mick Jagger et Mick Taylor sur quasiment tous les titres: I Can Feel The Fire (Keith à la guitare et Mick J. à la guitare et et au chant), Far East Man (Mick T. à la basse), Take A Look At The Guy (Keith et Mick T. aux guitares), Act Together (Keith à la guitare, au piano et aux chœurs), Am I Grooving You (Keith à la guitare et aux chœurs, Mick J. au chant), Shirley (Mick T. à la guitare, à la basse et à l'orgue), Cancel Everything (Keith à la guitare et aux chœurs), Sure The One You Need (Keith à la guitare et aux chœurs), If You Gotta Make A Fool Of Somebody (Keith à la guitare et aux chœurs, Mick T. au synthé), Crotch Music (Keith à la guitare). Act Together et Sure The One You Need sont signées Jagger/Richards. Un très bon album de rock.
